We doubt that she's looking to heaven for inspiration.  She's probably complaining to God, and you don't want to hear the language she's using..

it is so her neck does not look so wrinkly and therefore she looks more youthful.  Larger people with double chins should also do this in photos - it makes the double chins almost disappear.

Hillary has been coached on absolutely every aspect of her facile gestures, body posture, grooming, speaking voice, smile, and laugh.  Her aides found a pose which flattered Hillary, so they insist she try to mimic it whenever cameras are around.

It's like Paris Hilton.  I once saw thirty photos of her, and she looked like a wax dummy version of the real thing in ever frame.

Let's face it:  the packaged, sanitized, focus group-approved Hillary we see is far from the real Hillary.
