Why does Hotmail want me to upgrade my Firefox to the newest version...?

About 1 out of 10 times when I log into my Hotmail account, I get a notice from Firefox asking me to upgrade to the newest version of the Firefox browser. I did this three times thinking it wasn't taking, but it just keeps on coming up, and when I check to see which version I have running, it is always the newest. What is Firefoxes problem?

<opinion ahead> Stop using Hotmail and go with Gmail (gmail.com). Not always practical, but definitely worth it.
