Why does Hu Jintao wears green Mao suit every now and then? Also, where can I get a green Mao suit like that?

I notice every now and then that, Hu Jintao (current Chinese president) would wear western style suits. However, he would sometimes wear a green Mao suit when attending the meeting with the military members. Is what he is wearing considered a Mao suit or military uniform? I also want to know where can I get a green Mao suit like that in Beijing or other major cities???

you can get such suit in the proper store, the one which sells military uniforms, helmets, footwear and other equipment... there are plenty of such shops in any city... though they are usually far enough from crowded malls
