Why does IE kept restarting?

Question

I just bought my Windows Vista, and I would use the webpages as i normally does on my other laptop/comp but often times, it kept disable what I was doing and restart the page... SO a lotttt of times i have to restart what i was doing..

anyone know what's wrong? and how I can fix it?

IE really sucks. Get the new Firefox 3 and it has tons of custom add-ons and features and it's much more security to surf with it over IE.
