  1. Does Jr. have a personallity?

  2. ur right ,

he brings so many fans because of his last name

  3. Win or lose, he is still the best driver, and I have watched him since he began and will continue to be his fan forever.

    fans why so many>>>

he has respect for fans, his peers, reporters, and the love of the sport, this is the true measure of a race car driver

he will not turn his back on fans, that are asking for his autograph and walk away, like Kyle Busch does week after week, been there, seen him do it so many times,.......

Jr. would have fans even if his last name were not

    E A R N H A R D T,,,why, his attitude..

and he will come back and win, he is consistent and even if he was 3rd so what, he is still our driver of choice

a true fan, up or down, will always stick in there and that's what JR Nation is doing...we know who is the best...

  4. I may not like Jr but this is a stupid question.

That's just like asking why does Tony Stewart or Jimmie Johnson have so many fans.

  5. because of his attitude, the way he treats reporters and fans.  His respect for other drivers.  His knowledge of the sport, present and past.  and his love for the sport.

  6. I have liked Junior ever since he started and not because of his dad.   I like him for him.

  7. he can and he will win, he's not a bad driver. i'd be willing to bet he will win a race this year. most fans come from sr. i just started liking him for what ever reason, im not really sure why. i started watching nascar in like '04 or something.

  8. actually, since his rookie year in 2000, only 3 drivers have won more races than him. jeff gordon, jimmie johnson, and tony stewart, and all 3 of them have been in vastly superior equipment than that c**p junior has been driving at DEI. now that junior is in equal equipment he's spanking all 3 of the aforementioned drivers, to the point where the haters are crying that rick hendrick is giving junior all the good cars. so that means since 2000, junior's won more races than mark martin, bobby labonte, kevin harvick, kyle busch, carl edwards, jeff burton, greg biffle, matt kenseth, and any other driver you can think of except for the 3 i mention. so how exactly do you figure he 'can't win' ? so here, i've given you the facts, but like all of your fellow members of hater nation, i'm sure you'll just choose to ignore them.

i'd like to ask the bandwagon kyle busch fan up top who said his driver has more wins than junior, since when is 7 more than 17? have you ever thought of taking a math class?

  9. He's won 17 times in Sprint cup, and he's a consistent front runner. When Dale Sr. had somewhat of a dry spell in 97' and 98' the true fans stood by him as well.

Don't worry about Junior's fans if you don't like him, pay attention to your driver and ask yourself why he doesn't have as many fans as Jr.

Every time somebody asks why people like Junior because he can't win, they speak volumes about themselves.

  10. nobody roots for their driver to finish third, but rational human beings know that there can only be one first place.  i've been a busch brothers fan for years, and i was glad to see kyle finish 5th in the overall points last year.  of course i would have preferred more wins and a championship, but that's not how life works - until this year ;-)

seriously, jr brings in so many fans for many reasons - he's a good ol' boy, he's his father's son, he's had a fair measure of success, he seems like "everyman" that anyone can relate to, and "peer pressure."  plus there's the whole marketing machine.  don't you think there'd be more greg biffle or matt kenseth fans if they were marketed as strongly as junior has been?  and kenseth (and busch, and jarrett, and labonte) all have championships.

but iggy, i must disagree on two points - junior would have fans even if his name wasn't earnhardt, but he wouldn't have junior nation by any means. he not only inherited the name, but was setup in the most marketing savvy organization (DEI) the sport has ever known.  had he not been an earnhardt, he wouldn't have half the following he has now.

and iggy please!!! give the kyle busch fan autograph thing a rest.  first it was that he wouldn't sign autographs for kids waiting after a race, and each time you repeat that line, it becomes worse.  first you saw it first hand, now you've seen it first hand SO many times, week after week.  next you'll be telling us you were the kid who he wouldn't sign the autograph for and he slapped you for even asking, probably because you were stalking him week after week.  get over it - the guy's got other obligations, and can't sign something for every fan at every race.  but he will sign anything you send to his address on joegibbsracing.com under the FAQs section.  tony, denny, and joe gibbs won't, but kyle will.

  11. Because of his dad...

I can just feel the thumbs downs already!!!

  12. Jr brings in fans because of his love for the sport, his"driving ability" (wether you think so or not) and his attitude and respect for other drivers on and off the track.  He's a good ol' boy and well liked and respected from other drivers and fans. And while you may not want your driver to finish 3rd hey it's better than last and everyone has a dry spell it happens, but he'll come out of it and as a "true" fan you don't jump ship just because he's not 1st at least he's still having a decent year and still has a chance at the championship. So I'll keep rooting for Jr win or lose no matter what!! It's called "loyalty"

  13. because of his father's legacy.

  14. because he can

  15. last name is E A R N H A R D T

    What if it was ALLMENDINGER?

I don't see where the rest come from other than some like his personality.
