Why does McCain support Innovations in business, retraining programs for displaced workers and ?

Here's what he really means...

Innovation in business - He will let businesses develop products at their own pace.  Fuel efficiency will be up to the companies, but in the mean time everyone will pay more for gas and have less fuel efficient cars.

Retraining programs - He's allowing businesses to send work overseas.  We need to retrain US workers for ??? Picking fruit?  Working the fields?

Tax Breaks for the working class - Obama proposed that first so I need to do the same to show that I care.
