All I wanted to do was get my xbox 360 fixed. For the love of God please just fix my xbox 360. But no because YOU CANT UNDERSTAND THEM. It took 20 minutes just for them to get my email right. Thats not even the other hour it took them to get my addess right. GOOD GOD! What is going on there? Anyone else feel the anger?

  1. IT'S SO MUCH CHEAPER TO PAY THEM IN OTHER COUNTIRES (as little as $4/hour!!)

This way they can hardly spend money, they dont need bigger offices, and they can provide 24 hour customer service.

  2. hey there i know what you mean..i think it is to save money ..bill gates put your hand in your pocket and hire staff that can really help us out...grrrrrrr...

  3. Cheap labor.  And it's like that for many companies.  I had fun with an Indian guy working for AT&T.

  4. i had the same problem with India and Walmart customer support

and the same thing for charter internet

its all about capitalism. duh, those who can provide the lowest wages for contracts get the bids.

it might also be about economic treaties. YOU KNOW in order to enter a different country you have to employ their people.

whats the difference between UNION and non union. what the difference between U.S. minimum wages and Indian minimm living wages. its HUGE.

dont worry america will be a 3rd world nation soon just to make everyone the same type of wage earner (slave)

  5. ROFL

    bud, I share your pain.

It took me 45 minutes to get them to fix my xbox live account XD

  6. because it's cheaper...
