Why does Miley Cyrus try to talk fast?

i can never understand a word she says. not

because of her talking fast, but because she

has like a southern accent and they don't go

together.

i live up north in NJ so if i talk fast then my

accent goes well with it so you would be

able to understand what i'm saying. lol.

I don't know about talking fast...but I really don't like her voice.
