Why does My Tooth Hurt?

Hi, my tooth hurts where i have had a filling. The filling has broke a little bit but still has filling filled over most of tooth. What shall i do?

Go get it filled right up or just leave it untill it comes right off?

  1. i would go to the dentist and see what to do there but its your choice  


  2. I have the same problem now. I figured out the sense my tooth filling broke that if any food gets in there it will hurt like h**l. after brushing my broken tooth the pain stopped after a half hour.

  3. Get it filled now.  If not you risk the entire tooth.  Bacteria will grow under the filling, the pain will increase.  Do yourself a favor and get in touch with your dentist asap.  

  4. Go to the dentist because else bacteria will grow in the small opening causing a bigger problem and more pain.

  5. maybe u should check with ur dentist! they may have to give u a new one. it shouldn't be that severe though. don't worry about it.
