He is suggesting that if a 5 year old asks, "Where do babies come from?", they should get a truthful answer. Telling a kid that a stork delivers them makes no sense. This isn't even really a wild, new concept. When I was growing up, my parents were pretty straightforward with me. It's called a "p***s", not a "winky" or "wee wee" or "doodle".  Your question is also in the wrong category.

This is something that most people won't tell you about democrats. Democrats want to keep minorities poor and in the projects. That is why they offer so many social programs...They want to rob people of their ambition. The drive that makes you work harder to better yourself is stripped of you when the government hand you a check every month. And the s*x-ed in kindergarten is ensuring that kids will be having children at even younger ages. keeping them poor, and leaving thier babies to grow up poor as well...
