Why does Obama answer questions by talking about his relatives rather than talking about himself?

When he talks about patriotism, hard work, and values he talks about things his American relatives have done that embody these traits. He doesn't talk about what he has done to demonstrate these traits in his own life. He also avoids talking about lhow he aunched his political career under the spiritual guidance of a pastor who delivered far-left tirades calling on God to d**n America--and he launched his first campaign under the patronage of a former domestic terrorist.

I'll answer this quickly before it is deleted.  He can't use himself as an example because he is an empty suit who has accomplished nothing except getting elected to offices by using the dirty Chicago Machine.  He forced his opponent for the US Senate to drop out so he could run unopposed.  He did a smear campaign when he ran for the state Senate.  The only thing he has proven he can do is get elected.  He promised on national TV that he would serve his full Senate term.  Again, he lied.  He started campaigning for the Presidency his second day in the Senate.

I have noticed that whatever Obama is talking about he always gets off topic. He rambles on and ends up on something totally different than what he is asked. I can never figure out what he believes or where he stands on anything. Right when I think I know something he stands for, he changes it to something else. He is very wishy washy to me.

Obama often talks about workin as a community organizer the help American that were displaced get jobs and healthcare, instead of taking other high paying jobe he could have had as a Harvard graduate. Is it not patriotic to sacrafice your own well being to help other less fortunate Americans. He speaks of his famy to reflect where his values are from. With regard to Rev. Wright what does John McCain ever say about his religion and the influence it has on his life?

For all he has said about his religion John McCain could be a ateist which would be fine. Why do you want to talk about the candidates personal lives instead of policy. republicans have said all day Palins personal life should not matter after the news of he daughters current pregnancy and possible cover up regarding her youngest son so why is Obamas personal lif fair game and Palins is not why not stick to the issues for all candidates?
