Why does Pune have a category listing and yet no question?

It was by chance that punewala were not interested. But I take a note of it , and will try to keep it up. How ever I reside out of Pune.

May be people of Pune have nothing to ask! A city with no question or probably with many questions, yet keeping silent - waiting for the right time to ask.

There are lots like this. I think Yahoo need to rethink their categorisation policy.
