  1. BEcausen their Russia the whole east basicly buys off them...and people try to say Americans are warmongers...at least we don;t go around being the worlds arms dealers....

  2. It is the same thing that all the larger countries do.

The US doesn't hold on to anything.  They sell immediately.

    Capitalism...... YEAH!

  3. Because if they did, the US would blow them to bits, cause we all know how the US feels about secret weapons. It's also a corporate business that does that, not the government.

  4. death is money, or killing is money one of the two or both

  5. Because Russia needs money more than it needs secrets right now.  I'm sure they are working on some projects no one knows about outside of Russia.  But Russia is, and has been for a very long time, in really bad shape financially.  All socialist or communist countries fail eventually.

  6. For profits and power.

  7. While the countries of the former Soviet Union do produce weapons for sale on the open market (and the United States is the country which does this most) some weapons are not reduced in impact by being well known versus secret. Other weapons may be new to the buying countries, but have existed in its producer's arsenal for the expected life-cycle. To think that a technically advanced country like Russia, sells weaponry needed to outfit it's own security, or reveal advancements/innovations unknown to its potential enemies...well that is poor thinking. And lastly, some advancements/innovations become known only to a degree that enhances the producers capability inaccurately. The USSR and the US have displayed aircraft with exciting abilities, which never went into full production ( but potential enemies didn't know that)...because they had problems not revealed.  Had Japan known the US expended the only two atomic bombs in its arsenal in WWII, it might not have ended the conflict with fear of continued bombing.  So my answer is, if it has value as a secret, it will remain a secret for as long as practical and selling after that is called commercial enterprise.

  8. So do we. To israel, Saudi Arabia, England, France, Germany... Its all about the $.  Our weapons are built by private companies for a profit. Not by the Government itself.  Just like every company on the planet, they sell their product for a profit.
