Why does SAF turn me down?

hi. i'm a 18 year old female with gce O levels. i scored 8 credits at the exam. i'm keen on a career with the SAF, and i've applied online on more than one occasion. i've also tried to call them on their hotline.

i've not heard any response from them since my first application 4 months ago. when i call up, and finally geta response, it's really slipshod and the \call operator does not even enquire about any details of my application. i've been urged to "re-apply" time and again.

i'm highly frustrated by such lacklustre response to my enquiry.

is there anyone who can enlighten me for possible reasons why i don't hear from them or why i'm rejected.

i'm 18, female, singaporean, physically fit, good track record of cca, keen to serve. why then am i denied of such an opportunity?

Hmm... good question.  I have seen females in the Singapore Armed Forces too during my time in Thailand during 'Cobra Gold' back in 2000.  We had Singapore and Malaysia attend the exercise.  Perhaps you are not talking to the right people.  And by the way, you english is outstanding!  Have you considered in obtaining a visa to join the United States Armed Forces?
