Why does Shino never smile/laugh?

Actyally there was an episode where shino laughed well something made him do taht actually...But he doesnt laugh cause hes a shady person

I love Shino, even though he seems to be unloved by the cast (and creator). Naruto forgot who he even was when he was reintroduced in Shippuuden, and even his own teammates forget that he is there.

Shino is the silent type compared to most of the cast, and he is also very serious. I'm sure he smiles and laughs, you just don't get to see it on screen. Of course, he could be smilng a lot more and no one notice it since his coat covers his lower face. Another reason you don't hear him laugh might be because his laugh is weird. The Laughing Shino episode (as funny and pointless as it was) is proof of that.

Maybe that's just the way he is, Maybe after all his missions are done he goes home, locks himself in his room and laughs.
