Why does Sky Ch.432 Racing UK sometimes appear, only to be closed down shortly afterwards?

I cannot afford to pay for this Channel so don't receive this normally. Is this merely a promotional trick to persuade people to join up?

They are trying to make you subscribe to them ,it used to happen on my Sky as well, I upgraded my package by £10 pound a month( not to RUK just to  Sky)  & received RUK along with other various Channels,You should call Sky & see what they would offer your if you upgraded you Sky package ... You can also haggle over which channels you want

I`m not 100% sure but last I heard RUK were Charging £20 per month for their channel alone...the price may have changed now, I dont know for sure.
