  1. It's not red paint. It's where all the non helmeted cyclists have crashed. Ewwwwwwww!


  2. red curbs are not only in Southern California but nationwide

    (it means no parking (or parking for emergency vehicles only)

  3. It means "NO PARKING" wherever the red curbs are.
