  1. Its because he probably gets to nervous and he gets stressed and to excited so he is hiding his happines of his victory.

  2. He has intensity in ten cities.

    Good-bye.

  3. I think he's just used to winning, but i think he should give it a rest for a while and let some of the new blood come through, but he is a fabulous golfer! :D

  4. He focuses and it seems to pay off. Only 4 behind Jackie now.

  5. He knows he's the best that's why he has to take the game serious or else he will lose. What do you want him to do smile and get distracted so he will lose. That is just common sense.

  6. Because he takes himself too seriously! But, he does smile when he makes a great shot or wins.

  7. I think it's because he's a bit of a prick.  Good little golfer though.

  8. Mental exhaustion! Give the guy a break man! Besides, he sure was smiling at his daughter!

  9. Because he is a perfectionist and he not only takes the game very serious, but he demands the best of himself day in and day out. You have to remember he set the bar very high when he said he wanted to win the most majors of all time. That puts a lot of pressure on oneself and as we can all see he means what he says. The man is incredible.

  10. That's why he wins so many.  His focus and concentration while competing.  Not everybody can be like Rocco, smiles and yaps, and then switches to serious before hitting his shot, and then smiles again.  It's work to be able to get in the zone.

When I play with my friends, I never play my best.  As I goof off, joke around, etc.  But when I play alone or paired with other people on the course, I play my best score.  I focus on my shots, no chit chat which is all distraction.

And as far as smiling at the end of the round, he does smile, watch his interviews, he smiled when Rocco wagged his finger at him, or when Rocco called him out of his mind.  And when he was holding the trophy, he was clearly grinning and glad that it was all over.

  11. It's a celebration victory.

  12. Everyone is different.

  13. he's the best of all-time....and he keeps getting better. that's serious business
