Why does TIME magazine charge $89 for subscriptions delivered to APO addresses?

As far as I can tell online, it costs the same to ship letters and magazines via USPS stateside, as it does to APO addresses, yet TIME magazine wants $89 instead of the regular $20 for a one year subscription. Why is this?

Time magazine will not deliver to an APO address at thr $20 price.  I got a subscription for Christmas and the person who bought it for me said that she got a refund back with a statement that they will not ship to an APO.  It is a shame that a magazine like Time will not support their servicemembers serving aboard.  It cost them nothing more to ship to an APO than to any other US address.
