Why does Taco Bell give you so many sauces?

Every time I go to Taco Bell, it doesn't matter what is ordered, they give me (seriously) like 15 packets of sauces. And when they actually ask if I want sauce, and I say no, they just give me a little less, like 10. Wtf. I don't want your sauce! Why do they do this?

they give out alot her also, maybe because they want to get rid of it all depends on who it is or not I guess

Are you experiencing this only for to-go orders?  My guess is that more than one person is putting the sauce in the to-go bag.   For example one person i bagging the order and the other is the one manning the drive up window.  I usually order in and it seems that they give 3 packets for every 2 items, which is just about right for me.

Don't know, probably because its cheap. I save mine in a little condiment section in my fridge and use them for other things that need a little more flavor.

I think the manager makes them give u lots of sauce. I feed it to my dog he likes it.

I don't even know why they give out hot sauce in the first place because they always add it to the food. And when one adds their Fire sauce, now that tastes spicy mixed together!
