Why does Tampa Bay want Favre?

I don't understand. There are other teams, like the Dolphins, who really need a QB. Why Tampa Bay when they have Garcia and 4 others?

They like collecting Quarterbacks. That'ss the reason they have Garcia, Simms, Plummer and other people

John Grueden( TB's head coach) likes to "date" quarterbacks. He always likes a good quarterback and he has one in Jeff Garcia. But having Brett Favre and Garcia on your team can be very scarry for other opponents.

Garcia is solid, but isn't one to lead a team to the Super Bowl.  Favre has been there already.  with an average offense and solid defense, Favre is more than capable of leading the Bucs back to the Super Bowl.

The Bucs are on top and are trying to stay their! they need anything they can get to stay on top!

the Dolphins are rebuilding and need new young players! old players would slow them down!!!
