Why does Texas have so many Steak houses?

I went to Del Rio nad they have a Steak house every other block

Texas is the home of all the cattle ranches and black angus cows.  

And they also have all the good looking cowboys to handle those cows!!!!

Texas is the Steak Capital.

Because their heritage started as cattle ranches, which they still have.  Personally, I do not like the beef there as much as all the cattle are grass fed.  I prefer Midwest, Kansas City, beef where they also feed them corn to give the meat more flavor, you can cut it with a fork, and melts in your mouth.

i dont like steaks that much unless its perfectly cooked. i hate how it gets suck in your teeth.
