  1. Every one of those hams has a different taste to it. If you prefer the Virginia Baked or the Honey Baked, or the smoked or even the just plain baked ham, is how it should taste.

    Every one of those different hams in the Deli is a tiny bit different from the other ones. Not a lot, but a bit.

    It is all in the brining and smoking of the various hams as to what the processor does to them. Each has their trade secrets.
