Why does WWE have Title Matches at House Shows?

Question

So,I went to a house show in June.They had mostly title matches,with a few non-title matches.

And i was watching house show videos on youtube,and most of them were house shows.

Why does WWE do this?If someone won a new title,then it would be at Raw or Smackdown or a PPV,not a house show.

Your thoughts?

i sometimes wonder this too

but the truth is no one has ever lost a belt in a house show

so it kind of tell you whos guna win but its still entertaining

They mainly do it becus houseshows r where they "practice " for PPV matches

they allow the wrestlers to get in a few matches together to get ther rythm down pat better

so it ultimitly is to make the PPV matches as good as they possibly can be

but yea no titles ever change hands at house shows as far as i no its never happened
