....Won't most of it go for gasoline like the administration planned, knowing gasoline was going to go through the roof before the stimulus check was announced in the beginning? They have insider knowledge and they know they will be out

of a job come January...gotta keep the dough rolling in!

  1. Wall Street is watching to see if consumers spend the stimulus check because if they save the check rather than spend in on gas, or whatever it is a signal that a recession may be occuring/getting worse depending on if you believe the US is in a recession right now.

  2. Are you stupid?  I am serious, if you plan on getting a rebate check, and KNOW gas prices are rising along with oil company profits, then wouldn't be smart to invest in big oil and turn that rebate into a really good chunk of change?  After all, most oil corps are public companies.   No secret about oil prices, no secret about stocks, just people who will complain about the price of gas and not look towards the potential to make a gain.  OIL AND GOLD ARE LIKE THE DOTCOM STOCKS IN THE 90's!!!!!   Heck, if we all put our money in oil, we'd be richer than the Saudis!!!!
