Why does Y messenger mobile tell me my password is incorrect when I know it isn't? I can't sign in on phone.

Question

I can use Yahoo messenger fine on my computer, but when I try to sign into the mobile messenger, I get an "incorrect password" error message every time.

My last password was all caps, so just in case that was the problem, I changed it to drop caps, which is what my phone does by default.

I still get the same message. Please help??!!!

Sometimes, we are hard to control this kind of technical problem.  If you can use the Y/M on pc, I suggested you change your current password, make the new password suit for your phone use.
