My computer had a bad motherboard and windows crashed and had to be reloaded. Because of the crash I was unable to deactivate the yahoo Jukebox service for the computer. this happened twice on my home pc and I got a virus on my laptop that left it unbootable. So I had to reinstall windows on it and once again didn't have a chance to deactivate Jukebox service. Everything is fine with a new motherboard and the laptop has a new install of windows as well but Yahoo jukebox thinks it's still installed on the previous systems. I have filled out the tech help form twice and both times I got an email with a link to the same form stating no help could be given until the form was filled out which I did again. What a runaround. There is no direct link I can find to real human service and the automated service doesn't work. Please help me resolve this issue as I have 2 years paid service that I can't use or even cancel.

  1. Same thing happened to me - I don't believe they have an answer.  Plus now they don't want you using the old Jukebox anyway- we're all supposed to swith over to Rhapsody.
