Why does Yahoo Jukebox not correctly install?

I am migrating from Musicmatch to Yahoo! Jukebox. Every time I try to install it, it finishes, then says installation unsuccessful. I have tried everything it suggests, yahoo help is no help, noone will write back to me, and i'm at my wits end. I don't want to switch to another program, since I am a plus member for musicmatch. What should I do?

Close other every programs except your Internet browser. Also make sure your computer supports the following:

"Windows XP or Vista (32-bit versions)

Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher

Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher ( Yahoo! Music Jukebox Plus requires Windows Media Player 10 or higher)

Pentium III 1GHz processor

Latest Windows Service Packs (SP2 is recommended)"
