Question:

Why does Yahoo Shopping Treat its own merchants like dirt? For more than 1 month I've been trying to get help.

I am a merchant that has operated a Yahoo Store since 2002. In December, Yahoo Shopping rejected our credit card payment and has been offline ever since. I've tried numerous times to pay with alternate cards, pay by phone, send a check etc. Yahoo won't take it. I have waited 4 long weeks and had no help from the 'email' address that I need to write to for customer service. Today, they had the gall to send me an email to say that I need to 'wait 28 days' once a cc is rejected. What kind of c**p is that? For 6 years, they take my money for hosting, the take commissions on every sale, they take my pay per click payments, and now when I have a problem, they tell me that my business will just have to suffer throught the holiday season and wait another month to 'maybe' work? Yahoo should be ashamed. It's the most ridiculous example of horrible customer service I have ever experienced.

Have you had issues like this? Any suggestion on how to deal with the yahoos and Yahoo?
