Why does Yahoo Travel Destinations Spot allow pictures of Alaska or Yosemite in a series on St. Petersburg?

Doesn't anyone edit the pictures that are featured for a given detination? It's silly to have pictures of other places stuck in the middle of a series on a particular place.

My guess is that the pictures were put in by someone who had no idea of what they were doing and just wanted to get the task assigned to them done.
