Because what Americans see of Muslims is that they want to kill us, and in a lot of cases that is the truth. Ever since we helped out Isreal fend off its invading Muslims we have been a target of them. I know that I am wary of Muslims a lot more than any other group of people. <-------- that is why a lot of Americans are hateful toward Muslims and yahoo doesn't pre-screen the questions so they can't take out a comment.

they should not allow ANY hateful remarks, but Yahoo is quite lax in their policing of this forum.

because POLICING OF ANY KIND IS A VIOLATION OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

And that is far more dangerous than some remark you consider offensive.  Its part of a thing called 'Human Rights' we take very seriously in America

i wouldn,t pay too much attention to some of the nasty stuff that some people say in here!!--most of them are ignorant young kids who are just lookin to get a rise out of people---same kinda kids who make prank phone calls then hang up and giggle alot!!!----most people don,t hate muslims--they just don,t like muslims that try to kill them---but alot of idiots lump all muslims into one bad bunch--same thing happened in world war 2 with the japanese in america

They have no pre-screening of questions. They pull them after the fact. I've seen every kind of disgusting post here, and some very good ones as well. If it's objectionable to you, click the abuse link and report it and they'll remove it. They will not allow hate messages against any religion, including Islam.

  I must add, the person who said that Muslims "mostly want to kill Americans" is spouting a falsehood. I'm an American and not a Muslim. But it is clear that those Muslims who want to do Jihad are not necessarily MOST of them. Most of them are poor and have no power, much less the ability to kill Americans.
