Why does Yahoo not like us to help users in other sections?

Question

I posted a question asking whether someone could help a user who posted a question in the Other - Africa and Middle East section and provided a link to his question. And I received a violation for it ??? Huh ???

Here is the question, up for voting now. So unfortunately it is not possible to see that the only replies this user received were from regulars in the SA Travel Section?

I thought that the whole idea of answers was to help people with information, to answer and to ask questions? Is this all becoming slightly petty?

Yes it is silly really  -  why do Yahoo want people to participate, if you can't get any help from them, only violations

Like Lark - I have no trouble moving around the various sections. And like she said - maybe it's the trolls though for the life of me I haven't seen anything in here from you that should attract a troll - maybe they have an allergy to apricot jam and got a belly ache from Darth's recipe and since they couldn't find him, they are going after you. They seem to have that moronic type of mentality. :o(

very petty, they get ya for anything on here.....it's not like we owe back Yahoo support, or shot the administrator or anything, so why report us over stupid stuff????

It is further proves that the reported questions are not checked before deletion. If they have checked, your posting would have stayed. I agree, one is here to help and it helps if someone spot a question somewhere else and notify the section concerned.

Yahoo doesn't like us to help other sections because somehow it detracts from the number of people in the other section thus showing that that section does not have as many visitors as it really does, thus taking away their advertisers and thus taking away profit.  Yahoo is an evil empire whose concern is only in creating new venues for advertisers and rolling naked in the profits.

I saw that question, but unfortunately I was unable to help. Maybe it was just your troll again. I answer questions in other sections of Y/A and I haven't noticed any hostility there. Don't know why that happened to you, sorry.

I prefer not to admit it but it does make me fume when questions and answers are deleted unnecessarily. And I am not referring to only my Qs and As. I would love to hire a hacker to solve this problem once and for all. It would be veeeeery interesting to find out who these people are. We might even be nastily surprised.

I have noticed that somebody is clearly stalking you. I can not imagine why?
