Why does YouTube keep removing my background?

Question

Every time i edit my channel to insert/change the background picture YouTube aren't allowing it.

I change the picture to one of my own and it works fine. Then later when i visit my channel it's back to the original.

My picture IS NOT copyrighted, i created myself.

If it hasn't got any pornographic images in it,..or it's a copyrighted background,...then it's probably someone who is reporting you're image when they visit you're Profile,..as there is a tab that says this.

Well, if it isn't copyrighted, maybe it's just a glitch or a malformed url.

Otherwise I'd guess that someone's reporting your background thinking it's copyrighted. Does it violate any other YT rules?
