Why does a bee not move when....?

when a bee is in an airplane or in a car, HOW does it stay in one place while the car is moving? lets say its flying on the front glass window of the car when the car is moving isnt it suppose to g oto the back then splat?

  1. everything in the car is moving together -theroy of relativity

  2. the car is moving, but everything inside the car is moving in relation to the car. so everything inside the car is relavtively still, whereas the ground itself is moving. I could get deeper into it but it's the theory of relativity to explain it once i go further. So, simply put everything in the car moves WITH the car, so with the windows closed there isn't any wind to pull the objects back.
