Why does a company website show... website unavailable too busy ?

If you go past the bandwidth.  I don't completely understand it, but apparently it has to do  with the size of your website and the number of people who go on it.  Most sites that host give you limits to the amount of stuff you put on a website, and also a limit to the number of people who can go on to get that information.  The more stuff on your site, the fewer people can go on.  If you have a lot of stuff and a lot of people, the website becomes "unavailable" and stays that way, from an hour to a month, depending on the site.  (Most probably stay unavailable for a day.)  It's very annoying.
