  1. not much i hate groing pains, i get them in my shins from time to time and they feel like theyre about to snap but it goes away in time

  2. Growing pains come and go. Is that your case or is the pain constantly there? If it's constantly there go and see a doc about it as you might have curvature of the spine or something.

If it comes and goes, I would try jumping in a hot shower for starters, depending how old you are ask your mum or dad about have some nurofen plus (or ibuprofen with codeine), or maybe some mersyndol night strength which has a calmative in it which i tend to find helpful if I am sick or have aches and pains because it helps you to relax and sleep. And lastly go to the chemist (or your parent) and get a heat pack. I can't remember exactly what they're filled with, some kind of bead to which you heat up in the microwave and lay it across your back where it hurts the most.

If in doubt though, don't hesitate to go and see a doc, he might be able to help you some more. Also, if you can ask your mum or dad to rub it for you even with some deep heat.

    Good luck

  3. Its just your body growing, and changing. The pain comes from something  your body is not used to, like your spine being large, or your legs growing.

I used to have horrible pain in my legs as a teenager from them growing, the only way to really deal with it is to take some meds, or just man up and get over it. It will go away.

If its really bad, you could do see a doctor, it may be from something bad.
