  1. I agree with Cristy S - I do that with my herbs and they keep for about one week.


  2. try this... when you get home from the market, place the leaves in damp paper towels and put in ziploc bag. Keep on door of the fridge (where its not as cool).  This should keep them for longer. Herbs don't like it dry or too cool. hope this helps!

  3. Maybe because it spoils fast. Simple. Just like any other food. Umm, put them in a jar and tighten it.
