Why does cheap beer give me farts, but good beer doesn't?

Perhaps when you're enjoying good beer, you are drinking less of it or drinking it more slowly.

If you pour it into a glass instead of drinking it straight out of the can or bottle, some carbonation is released into the air instead of being trapped in your stomach.
