What the other people said :P But also the milk- heated cow milk isn't something humans manage to pass through their bowels so easily. It's a long techincal medical explanation, so I won't get into it :)

If you want to decrease the need to run to the toilet after your coffee break, ask the barista to put lukewarm milk in your coffee, not hot, & you'll see that it makes quite a difference.

It's a diuretic or something like that...IT means that for every drop of coffee you drink, you have to pee 2 [drops]. It's kinda gross, but true.
