Why does coffee act as as an appetite suppresant and laxative for me??

Whenever I drink coffee, soon after, I have to go to the bathroom- like now!

Also, I lose my appetite. Why?

Coffee (Caffeine) is a stimulant.

The other answer mentions relaxing muscles, those muscles work to make you go, not relax, That answerer is confused!

Sounds like my husband :)  Coffee relaxes the muscles in the colon, which can help get things moving along.  As far as an appetite suppresant, that's just another characteristic of caffeine- in fact lots of diet pills use caffeine as an energizer and appetite suppressant.
