i have a cup and literally i could fall asleep.i just ha done like a minute ago and im srcahing out, i get so drowsy and lethargic from it. i ve never drank a lot maybe just a cup every few days so its not like i have built up a tolerance. why does this happen? i thought caffeine makes you more awake and alert? its the same with red bull, does nothing for me, just makes me tired even if im not in the beginning.
i dont drink it for a pick me up, just cos i like the taste of coffee lol.
