i had apprx. -1,2 somewhat eye sight on both with lazy eye and astigmatism and had lasik surgery couple of years ago. recently, i purchased "fresh look" color lense (ciba- they are 0.0 since i have near perfect vision) through local eye glasses store (they said eye check was unnecessary). i love the way it looks on me. however, when i put them on, i can't see clearly. i get fuzzy visions!! i plan to visit them back soon but in the mean time, does anyone have any idea what's causing this? do i just need to replace them or what????

  1. If they didn't do an eye exam, then your measurement for BaseCurve is probably wrong.  You need to have that measured.  Any good optical place would have required that you get measured thru an eye exam.  You legally can not purchase contacts without an valid prescription (which includes your base curve measurement).  Your prescription can be 0.0 in both eyes; also you need to get an eye exam at least every year (this helps prevent any eye disease or problem from going unnoticed)  which your laser surgeon should have told you to do.
