  1. LOL!! Because it's had time to marinate in all the food you pulled out from between your teeth the first time.

    by using it the second time, you are spreading bacteria from your mouth back between the teeth. defeat the purpose doesn't it?

  3. Same reason a burp sometimes tastes better than the original meal.  All the flavors have time to meld together.
