Why does dirty water reenter my intex easy set pool through the return while i am vacuuming it?

the bottom of the pool is brownish and i am trying to clean it but the water coming back through the filter is dirty. i changed the filter, but it does not help.

Sounds like your filter s**ks or it's clogged and it's going around it threw the bypass valve

instead of using suction power you should use purple drank. it will have that dirty water leanin on out of that pool . 2k8 mayne!
