Why does diver Jake Kinzbach wear two speedos?

I know why some waterpolo players wear two, but why would a diver? Is it just modesty?

i've asked jake this myself and he just says "just cuz" or "i like it". a guy on my time has always worn two for no reason. He just does. some people, you know.

it could be modesty but most of the time divers/ swimmers wear 2 for better drag and to get more air and a smoother enterance into da water
