I'm not quite sure what you mean but I think you mean how does diversity affect attitudes?  If that's what you mean, then I think that if you are exposed to diverse types of people (racially, politically, opinions, etc.), your attitudes will be more accepting of everyone and understanding.  It's hard to relate to someone or something that you have never been exposed to and, therefore, don't understand.  That tends to breed fear rather than acceptance.


  2. Verb tense issue.  Diversity is singular, so Deal has to be singular, also.  Plus, attitute is spelled, attitude.

    Lastly, you posted this on the insurance board.  But I'd suggest you start looking up the definition of diversity, at www.dictionary.com, and then attitude, and think about how they are related.
