  1. I think that the sugars would most probably give you energy.

  2. It is the carbonation.

    7-Up, Ginger Ale, Sprite.

  3. If you think 7-Up makes you feel good, then Ginger Ale will make you feel even better. Long known as good for soothing the stomach in cases of morning sickness, seasickness, and airsickness, ginger, whether as tea, capsules or Ginger Ale is the way to go. And the Ginger Beer suggestion: Geeeeeen-ius!

  4. its the carbonation in the drink. its kinda different than drinking a regular soda because it has less sugar and the high frutose corn syrup which is why they also say you can drink sprite and ginger ale. the carbonation helps expel any gases that may be upsetting your stomach and it also helps neutralize the stomach acid but only a little.

  5. it's a clear liquid, which is recommended, to help keep you hydrated. it's not as syrupy as other sodas, and caffine free. the carbonation also helps settle the stomach.

idealy, ginger ale is better because ginger is a natural stomach soother. if you can find it, it's better to drink ginger beer (non-alcoholic) than ginger ale. it has more ginger and usually less high fructose corn syrup.

  6. the ginger in the soda and it's not so carbonated as other sodas so it's better on the stomach.
