It almost did and people were talking about it becoming one a lot. It got real close to it though. It was just as damaging as a cat 1 tho.

well cause it kinda looks like a hurricane along with hurricane like qualities. and people don't like saying tropical storm. it just doesn't sound as dramatic as "hurricane" fay. lol

and i swear if "tropical storm fay" knocks out mw power i'm gonna be so pissed!!!!
