Why does everyone assume that all Obama opposition is for McCain & vice-vera?

That's hard to say, as I'm still trying to determine which of the two will do the least harm to the American middle class.  Both are neck deep in "Free Trade" which has little to do with trade, but a lot to do with oursourcing American jobs & insourcing cheaper labor.  I worry about McCain's appointments to the supreme court & Obama's pandering to illegal workers imported by the multinational corporations & others seeking to lower wages for working Americans.

Because 1% of Americans now own 80% of the country's wealth, but pay less than 40% of the taxes, they do not need the Bush/McCain proposed tax cut... but 80% of Americans could use a bit of relief.  Then again, I don't even like cake.

I don't trust Obama to do what he says he'll do & I fear McCain will pander to the far right & ultra rich.  Both are in effect elitest that subscribe to the "free traitor" philosophy.

Democrats are hiding their head in the sand & resisting drilling for offshore oil & Republicans keep telling me how well the economy is doing.  I don't like the idea of a theocracy that the GOP obviously supports... h**l I don't trust or like either side, look a Pelosi & Reid (incompetent idiots in my opinion).

This is because the media has already chosen your candidate. Remember when the candidates first applied... all you heard was Hillary, Obama, & McCain. They are the only ones the news ever talked about. There were over 10 candidates that dropped out because the media never showed their side. There were at least 3 other candidates that were and are still better qualified than Obama and McCain.

Did you know that Ron Paul, and a few others are still running... no, because the media does not show you that. If you look at FOX news,,, they lean to McCain... if you watch CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC... they all lean on Obama. Watch the same news story told the different different ways, depending who they support...

People like you ask questions, and want to know,, to make a good selection and I commend you for that. Those people who don't ask, and just watch TV all they see are 2 candidates, and vote off of that.

That is why when a person is opposed to Obama, people assume they are for McCain, and vice versa. The news never talks about the others that were once there.

The media wants Hillary, and is down grading Obama for not talking to her, or selecting her for Vice Pres.. Do you blame him? She would get all the press. Also the media down grades McCain, for not selecting, Romney... same reason... they will get all the news.

The media wants to have their candiated in the ring.... not the best one for us.
