Why does everyone complain about the rain when its raining and then complain that's it to hot when it's sunny?

Where I live,we get rain on the average of maybe 4-5 times a year.Sometimes more than that,but not enough to justify that it rained.Especially in the summer when the temps do reach 46 degrees C or 115 degrees F

I NEVER complain about the rain, or the cold.  I LOVE this time of year.  But I moan like h**l when the temp. gets above about 15 degrees....I just despise the heat! lol  I spend May-September grumpy, irritable, stressed and narky - just ask my Husband! lol

I don't complain as such, but I do feel uncomfortable in hot weather.  Although I don't like miserable, damp and depressing drizzle, a good downpour is refreshing.

I should think some people get a bit worried when it rains a lot because of flooding.

Apart from that, the weather is an ice-breaker (conversation-wise), and while moaners are moaning about the weather, they're not moaning or insulting other people - perhaps!

in italy we're reaching a similar situation....and the tv make it always big...for example today it's snowing...2centimetres...and on the news they reported "a hard snow storm is investing all italy....."  simply crazy...
